![]() Why build another file format anyway, its not like its better and there are already more than enough quality file formats. Now that they have this crap we have to consider moving to alternate product as they have no interest in listening to customers. Clearly this companies has zero idea on how people use their product and zero understanding of the customer and what they want and what works for them. So you know have to go through two steps just to get to the file format your after and then once your hard drive starts to bloat you need to go and delete the crappy snagx file formats which have zero value in the first place. It then means you have to resave the file so now you have two files on the hard drive rather than one. This does not work and even when you choose to save in another format it still only saves initially in the crappy snagx format that no other program on the planet recognises. ![]()
